efund policy

For your convenience, we include a pre-paid merchandise return label with every order. At this time, this label is only valid for returns from the continental United States. We are currently unable to offer a pre-paid merchandise return label for international orders. If you use this label and opt for a refund to your Bluefly account, we will cover the shipping costs. However, if you use this label and instead request a refund to your credit card, a return shipping fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer, you may use any other return shipping method at your own expense. Once we receive your order, we credit the appropriate account within 10-14 business days; we also send you an email to let you know the refund is complete.

no exchanges

We strives to offer you great designer merchandise at the best possible value. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order.

Bluefly is pleased to offer International Shipping with our partner, Comerxia, Inc. Now you can ship most of our items to over 40 countries around the world!

returning a gift?

If you received a gift and want to return it, please complete the Gift Recipient section on the return form that's included in every order. We can either refund the credit card used to purchase the gift or refund your account. If you do not already have an account, please create one by clicking on My Account on the bottom of any of our web pages. Note: if you do not specify a refund method, we will automatically refund the credit card used by the purchaser.
